  • Please keep in mind we are situated at an elevation of 1440 ft above sea level, close to the top of Tuna Canyon, on the border of Topanga and Malibu, in the beautiful Santa Monica Mountains. The drive to us is a slow and windy mountain road through vegetation corridors. The property itself is located on a steep hillside, and is accessed by several flights of stairs.   • Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check in. No refund after that.

  • Guests are liable for any damage caused (whether by the deliberate, negligence or reckless act to the property) by you or any person in your party. Charges for any damage incurred during a guest's stay will be made via the Airbnb hosting platform.

    Damage to mattresses and linen including sheepskins, towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, and blankets from bodily fluids or caused by the use of body oil, red wine, make-up, and dirt will result in a special cleaning, repair, or replacement charge of $200.

  • Check-in time is after 3:00pm. Check-out time is by 11am.

    If you plan to arrive after 7pm, please contact us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements for you. If you would like a late check-out and your room is available, a half-day room rate can be applied up to 6pm.

  • A cleaning fee of $100 is charged through the AirBnb hosting platform. If you would like additional cleaning or a change of sheets during your stay, that can be arranged for an additional fee.

  • Limited street parking is available above the house. Please be mindful of the steep hillside drop off along the top of the property. Details for where to park for different units and activities will be provided with your booking and arrival information.

  • We welcome all service animals with the proper documentation at no additional charge. Due to allergy and safety concerns, we do not allow any other types of pets. Please make sure to clean up after your service animal and to properly dispose of any waste. Please do not leave your service animal unattended in any inside space. Any damages incur a replacement fee.

  • Our Quiet Hours on the property are between 10pm and 8am, unless otherwise stated during an event.

  • Smoking is not permitted on any part of the property, inside or outside, including: common areas, outdoor spaces, and individual units. Smoking includes, tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc.
